Nominator's rationale: This was created by user:Stefanomione in 2008, and the target was added by user:Kanghuitari in 2015 and currently holds nothing else. "Films by city of location" must be as opposed to films by city of, erm, er... sorry, this time I can't imagine why he did not just use the shorter name. As usual I suggest moving the older page over the newer – Kanghuitari would have done better to propose renaming rather than to create a one-subcat layer.[1]

Rename, "characters" is normally only used for fictional characters. It should be people, i.e. Category:People of the Wei, Jin, Northern and Southern dynasties or even more precise Category:People under the Wei, Jin, Northern and Southern dynasties.
