Ilyanep (talk · contribs) Obviously, I'm already a sysop and a 'crat and have recently been elected to the council of Community Justice. However, I'd still like to see what people think. I see that my article namespace edits are fairly low, and so are my total edits for someone who's been more or less addicted for 3 years :P. So I'm just asking for suggestions [and perhaps editing hints? :D] from other users, and I think this is a good way to do this without having to do a re-RfA (like Seth Ilys did a while back). - Terrible user. MoppEr Speak! 03:26, 5 May 2006 (UTC)
- Ok, I'm kidding :P. The mere fact that this user became a bureaucrat at the age of 12 (or is it 13), while being an administrator, is awe-inspiring. Very civil, courteous, mature, and though the article edits are low, that isn't a reason to fuss. I'd say either turn to vandalism or article improvement, such as stub sorting or contributing to articles you know stuff about. Do that and you may acheive full ascension. :D MoppEr Speak! 03:26, 5 May 2006 (UTC)
- One of the most impressive admins I've ever seen. I can't think of a single thing I'd change. — nathanrdotcom (Got something to say? Say it.) 15:29, 5 May 2006 (UTC)
- What they said. I agree 101%. —Nightstallion (?) Seen this already? 23:31, 5 May 2006 (UTC)
- Wow an admin and a bearucrat at age 12. Thats very impressive. You must be a smart kid. I find it kind of funny that we have kids and teens as admins, but adults as vandals. You would think that older people would be more mature. I guess not. Tobyk777 05:49, 8 May 2006 (UTC)
- ...Okay, I'm impressed. When I was that age (yeah, yeah) I was spending my time hanging out at the mall, not being one of the most well respected leaders of the foremost online encyclopedia in the world. (Btw, according to Ilyanep's userpage, he's 14 now) I can already find little useful tidbits of information on your userpage that I might enjoy perusing... Sorry. As far as actions go, you seem to be level-headed and fair. Good traits. You use a good number of edit summaries (91% major, 86% minor according to MathBot, there's not much I really could suggest you improve. I guess I'd just say "keep up the good work" followed by "teach me please, master!" :D ~Kylu (u|t) 19:48, 13 May 2006 (UTC)

Questions
- Of your articles or contributions to Wikipedia, are there any about which you are particularly pleased, and why?
- I can't really pick any particular ones out, since I can't say I make extensive edits to the main namespace, and it's hard to say much about my other namespace edits. I'll write anything else here if I think of anythink.
- Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or do you feel other users have caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
- Yeah, I've been in a little stress over FOX News once, but it wasn't much. What I did was tried to keep a cool head, and calm everyone down. Yes, it did get a little much for me so I went on a wikibreak for a few days, but nothing major. Everything seemed to have resolved itself in the end.
- Also, trying to implement a proposal for Discussions for adminship (an RfA reform proposal) was kind of stressful, as there was quite some opposition (although there was equal if not greater support). It still hasn't been implemented, which kind of saddens me.
