- File:Glowingpickle1.jpg (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by Timchinowsky (notify | contribs | uploads).
Low quality, uploaded by inactive user for CSD'ed article. — Train2104 (talk • contribs • count) 01:31, 17 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete because it is unused and the quality is so poor. I hereby offer to take a higher-resolution picture of a glowing pickle should anyone require one in the future. Thparkth (talk) 19:18, 19 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

- File:Kasparov v Deepblue.gif (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by Darker Dreams (notify | contribs | uploads).
Non-free photograph of a chess player during a match against a computer. While the match depicted is historically notable and worth mentioning in the articles where this is used, the picture is not needed to understand the event, therefore fails NFCC#8. Currently also fails several formal criteria (no source, no explicit copyright tag, no link to articles). Note that if this is a commercial news agency picture, immediate speedy deletion will be necessary per CSD#F7b. Fut.Perf. ☼ 11:50, 17 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- With the modern prevalence of computer chess games and the recent appearance of Watson on Jeopardy an image to show the difference between these experiences and the Kasparov/Deep Blue match isn't as superfluous as it might seem. Better sourcing and providence for an image would certainly be good, but the use of an image to illustrate things like Deep Blue needing direct human input and actualization of it's output isn't trivial. Darker Dreams (talk) 12:05, 18 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- I would love to see (and will try to find) a valid source and FUR for this image, because it does have real historical significance. But until then, Delete. Thparkth (talk) 19:17, 19 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

F7: Violates non-free use policy- see WP: IUP- portrait of living persons replaceable free Artiquities (talk) 14:39, 17 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete - replaceable non-free image, needs better FUR if kept since this primarily shows the artists not the artwork. Thparkth (talk) 19:11, 19 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Said to be a temporary file for a featured pictures discussion, and looks like the only change from the original is the addition of red circles around points of interest. No longer in use, so presumably should be deleted. —innotata 22:49, 17 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete obviously only useful in the context of a discussion taking place at the time, and since it is no longer linked to even from a talk page, completely useless now. Thparkth (talk) 19:16, 19 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
