The art style, for starters. There's also the elements of cooperative gameplay, HUD elements and other gameplay features. This is not some frivolous image just to beef out the article. How does this not help readers better understand the article? I would also point out the licensing tag for the image "for identification and critical commentary on the computer or video game in question or the copyrighted character(s) or item(s) depicted on the screenshot in question". While there may or may not be much critical commentary on the characters depicted, a Mario game certainly would have the ability to do so considering the number of critical reviews. --Teancum (talk) 19:33, 17 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
