Comment: I take it that "Fair source - public domain!" means that the uploader is the copyright holder, and is releasing the photo to public domain. Keep The website says that this artwork from the Parliamentary collection WAS under Parliamentary Copyright (NOT Crown Copyright), but not under the Open Parliament License. However, Parliamentary Copyright expires 50 years after publication (and this artwork was published 1953), so copyright has expired. —innotata 20:30, 3 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

This image is a statue of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal, or Virgen Milagrosa as called in Spanish. It's a Catholic saint, not a person lived recently. Still if the licence should be changed, which licence should it be assigned, and how to do it? Thanks! @Sfan00 IMG: The subject of the article is a minor; should we not have an article at all based upon the subjects age? It also illustrates the opening sentence that states "from a poor family".
