Non-free file, no longer used. Image was used in article Don't Look At It! Don't Touch It! which has been deleted. – Fayenatic London 08:35, 25 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete per NFCC#7. Green Giant (talk) 10:34, 25 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • @Fayenatic london:, unused non-free files should be tagged with {{subst:orfud}} (orphaned non-free images) instead of being listed here at FFD. Orhaned non-free files will then be deleted within seven days. Salavat (talk) 02:32, 26 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • Thanks, I used Twinkle to tag it, and was surprised when it brought me here. I've figured out how to use it now. – Fayenatic London 08:36, 26 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

This is a TV show logo, not a self-made image as claimed by the uploader. However, my question is, is it simple enough to be public domain per {{PD-logo}}? Alternatively, should it be re-tagged as fair use or deleted? The uploader and his sockpuppet ByronMolina have uploaded numerous TV logos without claims of fair use. I've deleted most of them already as copyright violations, but now I'm wondering if it'd be better to restore them with fair use rationales. clpo13(talk) 17:42, 25 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

  • Repurpose with a copy of the {{non-free use rationale logo}}. The text and style are not simple enough to say it is definitely PD, so as a precaution I recommend non-free use for any similar files where appropriate. Whether they are uploaded by blocked users should not be a reason to not keep them. If it is a particulr concern I would suggest tdeletion and re-uploading. • Repurpose with a non-free rationale. This is not simple enough for PD. Green Giant (talk) 18:29, 25 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
