The current version of the article (proposed by Grandy Grandy and The Dragon of Bosnia) consitutes WP:OR and breaks Wiki policy regarding WP:SOURCES, primarily by misrepresenting the key findings of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) and misrepresenting other sources to imply that their claim that the term "Bosnian Genocide" is widely used to refer to war crimes against Bosniaks in general. Instead Philip Baird Shearer and myself propose a version of the article based on the findings of the ICJ.

What's going on?[edit]
The dispute between the above sets of parties has resulted in widespread edit warring (including WP:3RR blocks). A request for formal mediation was turned down by Grandy Grandy.
What would you like to change about that?[edit]
I would like a mediator to help resolve this conflict, either by deciding on which of the two versions is preferable or proposing a specific compromise.
