- Clearly an official photo, but only at web resolution, so arouses suspicion. Contradictory copyright info - here claimed as GFDL and CC-SA-3.0 although a (clearly incorrectly) PD-self tagged clone is on Commons as File:Oficial-foto-dsc08066.jpg, uploaded by a different author. Copyright likely lies with Minhaj ul Qur'an or a related organization. TheGrappler (talk) 04:28, 2 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- Front cover of recent book - so ought to be under non-free criteria. But this has a 3D view and a background, so need to consider the copyright of the photograph itself too - it comes from a batch where source, attribute and uploader do not seem to match; essentially there is no proof that the attributed copyright holder released the photo under the specified licence. - File:MuhammadinSKY.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs).
- Not actually being used anywhere - it's a grainy image of clouds in the moonlit sky, apparently with Muhammad's name spelled out. But copyright status is unclear, looking through file history it was originally uploaded as GFDL, is currently stated as PD, and its original source from a poster (not created by the uploader) judging from this old revision. The uploader seems to have indicated that they had the poster-creator's permission, but also "there is no copyright at all" (which is a contradiction to the GFDL licence it was uploaded as), and it isn't even clear that the poster-creator owned the copyright to the photo. - File not in use, resolution seems small for a self-taken photograph, and comes from a problematic batch of photos. So probably safest deleted. TheGrappler (talk) 04:55, 2 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- This is a clear derivative work of a sculpture in Brussels (it may be silhouetted, but it's still the primary subject of the image). There is no freedom of panorama in Belgium, so unless the sculpture is out of copyright due to age, this is a copyright violation. If someone could identify the sculpture that might help. The image is also currently orphaned. Dcoetzee 09:27, 2 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- Uploader's claim to hold the copyright isn't credible. A different crop of the image can be found here. The photo is likely a press release image from SMB or the university at which the subject was employed. Whpq (talk) 14:53, 2 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Speedy delete. See Wikipedia:Contributor copyright investigations/Bci2. As the CCI says, given the history of other bad uploads by the same contributor we can delete images like this one presumptively without going through the full PUF process. —David Eppstein (talk) 15:50, 2 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
