- File:Clara Bow age three.png (delete | talk | history | logs).
- Even if it was disseminated to the public, there is no proof that it was first published prior to 1923. The photograph was taken in 1908, but she did movie debut in 1922. Heyem (talk) 05:41, 15 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- The pic is published in San Antonio Light, on May 19, 1931, and the subtext claims that
it portraits Clara at four, not three. Clara's father is interviewed by Louella Parsons and the photo is most likely provided by him. That isn't enough I guess but the best I can come up with now.Parrotistic (talk) 13:51, 20 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

- Update: The uploader has added more information.
- "This is object's Facebook account picture so that necessarily brings it under a Public Domain." - There is no evidence of this. Images on Facebook are not automatically in the public domain.
- "I have obtained verbal consent from the person in the picture himself for use of this picture in Wikipedia." - A permission only for Wikipedia is not enough.
- "The person himself holds the rights of usage of this photo." - Why would the subject of the photo be the copyright holder? The copyright holder is normally the photographer and this doesn't look like a self-shot. --Stefan2 (talk) 13:31, 15 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

- The uploader does not seem to be the author (Japan Freelance). Permission: Free Nikkei Press. Leyo 15:25, 15 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Comment the license is {{PD-author}} not {{PD-self}} -- 65.92.180.137 (talk) 23:05, 15 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Comment The file is also sourced to ja:ファイル:任天堂東京支店ビル.jpg where it says that the photo was taken by the uploader. Be careful with the licence: Japanese Wikipedia claims that the licence is GFDL subject to a Japanese disclaimer, whereas English Wikipedia states that the image is in the public domain. Be careful with the disclaimer: Commons has different templates for different disclaimers, for example Commons:Template:GFDL-en for the English one and Commons:Template:GFDL-ja for the Japanese one. --Stefan2 (talk) 12:35, 16 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- The uploader's other uploads all seem to be the same resolution and lack EXIF data - [1] - I think we can just move the JA version to Commons (with proper attribution) and delete this one. --B (talk) 23:44, 7 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

- No indication that works of Libyan Prime Ministers office are copyright free, nor that this is indeed work of said office. LGA (was LightGreenApple) talk to me 20:46, 15 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
