Claims own work; but has a logo from Baike Baidu. I'm quite suspicious of the claim, and I challenge the uploader to explain when/where/for what this pic was taken. I suspect it was conveniently taken from Baike Baidu: http://baike.baidu.com/picture/17023/17023/10017000000/377adab44aed2e7353908bcb8701a18b86d6fad8#aid=10017000000&pic=377adab44aed2e7353908bcb8701a18b86d6fad8 and along with other pictures in the album, are clearly non-free. This is the only extant photograph of the subjects of the entry. The photographic pictures are not copyrighted, since they are mug shots taken by the police and publicly distributed. Copyright of the front page itself held by the newspaper. It is claimed as fair use regardless. There is no other, free equivalent of the mug shots, so the image cannot be replaced by a free image. The use of the image in Wikipedia does not affect the value of the original work or limit the copyright holder's rights or ability to distribute the original. In particular, copies could not be used to make illegal copies of it, and it is of extremely low resolution in any case. -The Gnome (talk) 19:21, 27 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The licensing has been changed to {{non-free image}}. Police mug shots are not under any kind of copyright in Greece. In fact, any and all further distribution of mug shots is actively encouraged, without restrictions. -The Gnome (talk) 21:02, 28 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Can you point to the part of Greek law which specifies that mug shots are exempt from copyright? If this is correct there is no need to claim fair use on them. If the newspaper headline is copyrighted, this is not covered by the fair use rationale and I think the image needs to be cropped to just the mugshots.
