Simply put, there isn't a list of geniuses there. This was argued at an RfD in 2011, where it was countered with the novel argument that the redirect is preventing the recreation of an article long ago deleted at AfD. First of all, it does no such thing, as redirects can be overwritten with articles. Secondly, if that was the intent, SALTing would be the approach, not holding onto a misleading redirect. --BDD (talk) 19:23, 11 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks, I can live with that. Armbrust or any others can contact me if they disagree, but I think the issue is resolved. --BDD (talk) 21:04, 20 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Since this is a redirect it confuses people, none of the other years have this redirect. Should be deleted until an article can be created LADY LOTUSTALK 18:44, 11 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was keep. (NAC) Armbrust The Homunculus 12:36, 18 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

What a ludicrous redirect. There are eight of them! Launchballer 12:43, 11 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

  • Keep, known as "Crazy Frog Song" according to target page. If you think people search for other Crazy Frog songs, won't a hatnote in the section redirected to do the trick? —Kusma (t·c) 14:55, 12 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
It's an unreferenced statement. Furthermore, it is unlinked to and only received 39 views last month.--Launchballer 15:44, 12 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep per Kusma. 39 views is a lot for an unlinked redirect, clearly showing that people are either searching for this term or it is linked from an external website - both of which are reasons to keep a redirect. While the statement isn't referenced explicitly it is verified by other references in the section (not that this would be a reason to delete the redirect anyway). Created on 12th of December 2013, then blanked. This target is quite obviously wrong. We seem to have no page to which this title could point to. Keφr 12:40, 11 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete Wikipedia is not a game guide. "Best first person shooter 2013" is not an award Wikipedia gives out -- 70.24.244.161 (talk) 05:22, 12 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete. If there were a sourced statement in the article that this game had been awarded the title "Best FPS" or "Best First Person Shooter" of 2013 by some notable reviewer/organisation, and no other games had been awarded the title by a different notable reviewer/organisation then this would be a reasonable redirect. There is no such statement in the article and a 2 minute google shows that there is no apparent consensus as to what the best FPS of 2013 is/was - one says "Dead Island: Riptide" [1] and [2] reckons "BioShock Infinite" (although I have no idea about the notability of those sites). The result of the discussion was retarget to Lime plaster. (NAC) Armbrust The Homunculus 12:40, 18 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Delete. The term used is not notable, and has been barely viewed since its creation (see: [3]). Having an entire article dedicated to the term is unnecessary. KJ click here 02:18, 11 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

  • Redirect to Lime plaster - I can't find any sources beyond dictionaries, so I gather it's just another name for lime plaster, rather than a variety needing it's own article (though I could be convinced otherwise). WilyD 10:44, 11 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • Redirect as WilyD suggests. Encyclopedic usage can trump dictionary usage here. Adding the word to that target page would even be better, but not absolutely necessary. -DePiep (talk) 14:49, 12 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
