Retarget to Misty Mountains#Fictional geography where it is mentioned. I see no reason to delete, since a clear mention of it is present. For awhile, Misty Mountains redirected to Moria, so all of the redirects to Misty Mountains got bot fixed to Moria. The redirection of Misty Mountains was undone, but not all of the redirects were retargeted back. Hog Farm (talk) 18:17, 12 April 2020 (UTC)

Should this point to the current target, Apple, Inc, Fonts on Macintosh#Apple logo, or somewhere else? For those who can't see this character, it is a PUA character (U+F8FF) that renders as an Apple logo on macOS systems (image). –LaundryPizza03 (dc̄) 07:25, 13 April 2020 (UTC)
- Retarget - The most logical thing, I think, is to go to 'Fonts on Macintosh#Apple logo' and thus give readers information about the logo itself. I don't particularly like the current target as it stands. CoffeeWithMarkets (talk) 12:22, 13 April 2020 (UTC)
- Retarget. The now removed, unreferenced section suggests this is the most common use. I would add a hatnote on the target, however. 1234qwer1234qwer4 (talk) 12:46, 13 April 2020 (UTC)
- Refine to Private Use Areas#Vendor use or keep as is. Its use as the Apple logo is mentioned there, but unless clear evidence is presented that this is the character's primary use, I see no reason to not make it easier for readers searching this character in different contexts (for one, the Klingon mummification glyph). See also this, why not to favor the Apple logo. ComplexRational (talk) 01:28, 14 April 2020 (UTC)
- Keep should redirect to what it is part of, not just one use of it, even if it is the most prominent. Peter James (talk) 08:40, 15 April 2020 (UTC)
Please add new comments below this notice. Thanks, signed, Rosguill talk 18:32, 20 April 2020 (UTC)
- Keep or create disambiguation page. While Apple logo is the primary use (e.g. Google includes Apple Inc. results), it is not the only one, and it is quite confusing since non-Apple users see different things. I think it would be better to use a disambiguation page with something like this:
The Unicode character (U+F8FF) may refer to: (1) Fonts on Macintosh#Apple logo ([1] (2) Windows logo ([2]) (3) Klingon mummification glyph ([3]) (4) other system-dependent usages, per Private Use Areas.
It would probably need a fifth entry for its usage in IBM codepage 1449 ([4]) but I didn't find what that usage is yet. --MarioGom (talk) 07:39, 21 April 2020 (UTC)

- The result of the discussion was delete. signed, Rosguill talk 01:58, 28 April 2020 (UTC)
While this vehicle was introduced in Mario Kart DS, it has also appeared in Mario Kart 7, Mario Kart 8, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and Mario Kart Tour, potentially making it ambiguous. Also, the B Dasher is not mentioned by name on the Mario Kart DS article. It had 70 views in all of 2019, so it's not being used very much either. – numbermaniac 15:16, 12 April 2020 (UTC)
- Super weak retarget to Mario Kart, since it appears in multiple games in the series, or delete because it doesn't mention any specific karts by name (nor do the articles about any of the other games mentioned, for that matter). Regards, SONIC678 21:49, 12 April 2020 (UTC)
Please add new comments below this notice. Thanks, signed, Rosguill talk 18:25, 20 April 2020 (UTC)
- Delete - I don't think it would be appropriate to mention this in the broader page 'Mario Kart' at all since listing the varieties of different carts by name would be unnecessary trivia. CoffeeWithMarkets (talk) 01:32, 21 April 2020 (UTC)

Cultural insensitivity
[edit]
- The following is an archived discussion concerning one or more redirects. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made on an appropriate discussion page (such as the redirect's talk page or in a deletion review). No further edits should be made to this section.
- The result of the discussion was retarget to Cultural sensitivity. "Cross-cultural sensitivity" was recently moved. (non-admin closure) buidhe 21:37, 27 April 2020 (UTC)
- Cultural insensitivity → Cultural racism (talk · links · history · stats) [ Closure: keep/retarget/delete ]
- Culturally insensitive → Cultural racism (talk · links · history · stats) [ Closure: keep/retarget/delete ]
These terms don't appear to be equivalent. "Insensitivity" is not mentioned at the target. Based on search internet results, "cultural insensitivity" appears to mostly refer to unintentional failures to accommodate individuals' cultural norms (often in a business setting), whereas Cultural racism describes intentional opposition to multicultural society. I would suggest deletion unless a justification can be provided. signed, Rosguill talk 17:59, 20 April 2020 (UTC)
- Yes, the intent makes both terms different. Cultural racism argues that culture are intrinsically incompatible between each others and cannot coexist within the same territory, whereas cultural insensitivity ignores the consequences of an action on the sensitivity of another culture. Azerty82 (talk) 19:08, 20 April 2020 (UTC)
- I wouldn't assume that someone who is culturally insensitive is culturally racist (I think intention is far less important here though), but I would see forms of cultural insensitivity deriving from (cultural) racism. It's not that there is simply no overlapping, but I would agree that cultural insensitivity can be a distinct, but related, concept. --Goldsztajn (talk) 19:33, 20 April 2020 (UTC)
- Yeah, they're not totally unrelated, but I'm concerned that with the status quo, anyone searching for "cultural insensitivity" is not going to learn anything about what they're looking for, and could even incorrectly infer that these terms are equivalent. signed, Rosguill talk 20:16, 20 April 2020 (UTC)
- I would argue that the intent makes the difference, although not as I have expressed it. Cultural racism implies the belief in the intrinsic superiority of a culture over others, whereas cultural insensitivity does not necessarily have this connotation. Azerty82 (talk) 22:06, 20 April 2020 (UTC)
- Retarget to Cross-cultural sensitivity. Cultural insensitivity may be due to unawareness of cultural differences. It is something you may find in many tourists ;-) --MarioGom (talk) 00:52, 21 April 2020 (UTC)

No evidence that any of these names have been used by the target; their real name was Leslie Hulme, their stage name was Ken Barrie. I would suggest deletion unless a justification can be provided. signed, Rosguill talk 19:27, 6 April 2020 (UTC)
- Delete all, especially Kenneth Hulme per this other discussion, yet another one created by PrinceStingySpoilero. Regards, SONIC678 22:27, 14 April 2020 (UTC)
- Delete Kenneth Hulme. The other two I can see as likely search terms so I'll probably say to Weak Keep them. Rationale for the weak keep is that they wouldn't refer to any other person, and redirects are cheap. (You may be interested in RfD'ing Freddie Bulsara and Farrokh Mercury for this reason, which were also created somewhat recently by the editor who made these.) - Keep This name is in common use, as I have seen it in print and on television in the last 24 hours. - Artemis Fowl: The Ending Of All Time → Artemis Fowl and the Time Paradox (talk · links · history · stats) [ Closure: keep/retarget/delete ]
Back in 2007, when the sixth Artemis Fowl book was still upcoming, this article was written, possibly in anticipation that this would be its new title and that it would be the last one in the series (turns out that wasn't the case, it was released in 2008 under Artemis Fowl and the Time Paradox and the series ended with The Last Guardian)...and this was later blanked and redirected to the article about The Time Paradox. It might be time for deletion unless someone can find a reliable source showing that this is an alternative title (e.g., working title, title in another country) for the book (or a justification can otherwise be provided). - Delete - The term "the ending of all time" is used in a variety of different contexts, but none of them seem to involve the book series. As stated above, this appears inappropriate and not worth keeping at all. CoffeeWithMarkets (talk) 14:07, 20 April 2020 (UTC)
