[edit]filming locations
[edit]I saw a new live action Mystery Incorporated series is coming up. It's set in fictional Coolsville, Ohio. But where will the filming locations be? Anyone know?2604:2000:1281:4B3:F8E3:248D:535A:AA70 (talk) 06:44, 13 April 2020 (UTC)
- A fictional city for a fictional series that hasn't been released yet. Why do you imagine anyone here knows more than you do about it? ←Baseball Bugs What's up, Doc? carrots→ 14:39, 13 April 2020 (UTC)
- Not only has the series not been released yet, it hasn't even begun production, so there isn't a lot of information on it. The information the OP seeks does not appear to be publicly available, even if the producers and directors have decided on their filming locations, which they may not even have yet. The Indiegogo campaign has already met their very modest goal of $15,000, which seems to be to be a very paltry amount of seed money for a live-action TV series; that wouldn't even cover a day's expenses of even the lowest budget TV show. I also found This at "Scoobypedia" which doesn't have anything about this as-to-for-yet unmade TV show. --Jayron32 16:40, 13 April 2020 (UTC)
- AFAICT, the Indiegogo isn't even for a live-action TV series. It's for the pilot episode. The hope is eventually to make a TV series, but it seems a very far away goal, considering they're just scraping enough to hopefully make a pilot which I guess they're hoping someone will agree to fund into a full series, or they will otherwise find a way to fund into a full series. I mean it sounds like someone told them they were allowed to make a non commercial project, but they don't really have any rights secured and so can't even monetise the pilot on Youtube. - Even more of a reason why there aren't any filming locations, as yet. --Jayron32 20:18, 13 April 2020 (UTC)

Bears skiing
[edit]I am looking for a childrens book from the mid 80's. The premise is that it is snowing and the father and son go out. The father proceeds to try to show off but just geys hurt while the son inadvertently excells. It ends with the son making a colossal ski jump whike the father ends up in a big snowball. Thanks. — Preceding unsigned comment added by JamesHSmith6789 (talk • contribs) 17:15, 13 April 2020 (UTC)
- I think this is The Bears' Christmas, a 1970 book from the Berenstain Bears series. Check that one out and see if it is correct. One common trope of the series is Father Bear trying to, and failing, to do things well, especially when trying to keep up with his kids. --Jayron32 17:39, 13 April 2020 (UTC)
- Thanks for this, do you have an ISBN or know where I can buy it please? Thank you.
