Titanic Historical Society building[edit]

I saw something about a new building being planned. It's supposed to be for the Titanic Historical Society. Is this true? If yes, what hoops do they have to jump through? Anyone know?2604:2000:7113:9D00:7164:585:9D2C:F2E (talk) 19:04, 13 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Do you have any further details? Where did you see the information regarding this building? Ian.thomson (talk) 19:06, 13 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I can't find any information. The society currently runs a museum out of its current building here in Indian Orchard, Springfield, Massachusetts. There are also (in the U.S.) Titanic museums in Branson Missouri and Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, but I can't find any information on association between the museums and the Titanic Historical Society; I do note that much of the attractions in Branson and Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg and also Myrtle Beach, South Carolina is all managed by the same companies; the three resort areas are almost identical in terms of what they offer; so it is possible that a similar Titanic Museum may soon show up in Myrtle Beach; it wouldn't surprise me. --Jayron32 19:14, 13 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I believe I saw the information somewhere on the society's website.2604:2000:7113:9D00:7164:585:9D2C:F2E (talk) 21:40, 13 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
The most important thing with respect to regulatory obstacles would be the local jurisdiction within which the proposed building would be located. Without knowing where it is, there's no point in even attempting to answer the question. AnonMoos (talk) 02:13, 14 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Would this [1] provide more input?2604:2000:7113:9D00:7164:585:9D2C:F2E (talk) 06:20, 14 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
