Type of shirt

[edit]

What do you call a shirt with a rounded bottom part so that the sides are shorter, sometimes revealing a bit of skin? --2001:16B8:2E63:3300:6DDC:A5A7:7C9B:1BF2 (talk) 15:30, 4 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

If your skin is showing, what I would call that shirt is "ill-fitting". In general, that type of shirt is a "dress shirt", i.e. it's worn tucked inside the pants, while casual shirts are often worn outside, and have uniform length. ←Baseball Bugs What's up, Doc? carrots16:39, 4 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I assume you're talking about ladies' tops, because those are the ones that generally show skin in that area.
This example seems to suggest that it could be called a "Crop top with a curved hem". But google image searching shows that the hem is just as likely to curve the other way (With the belly button exposed, but the sides covered.), so I dunno if there's a more specific term.
