Bobabobabo[edit]

(Copied over from IP check)

Based off of her use of contribs, it has been proven that this user is a sockpuppet of a banned user, but we may need the IP to check if she is once, again, using an open proxy to edit (and if there are other accounts on the OP).—Řÿūłóñģ (竜龍) 03:28, 8 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Confirmed Check these IPs for proxies (one is the same as a previous check).

Let us know if more turn up. Essjay (Talk) 03:50, 8 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Full list of IPs

This batch popped up today, and was blocked, but it needs to be confirmed.—Řÿūłóñģ (竜龍) 17:56, 28 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

  • Okay, many blocks and whatnot in place now. I think we're done here. Mackensen (talk) 23:24, 29 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Bobabobabo[edit]

Code Letter: B

There has been a little activity today with this user (who was banned for exhausting the communities patience) and today an IP (that later turned out to be an open proxy) was used to contact me with some crap copied over from Bulbapedia, and then a user claiming to be a user from Bulbapedia may have used this same open proxy to contact me. Additionally, MrBungle79 (who has had an account for nearly the entire month) contacted me on the unprotected user talk page I have due to the semiprotection of my user talk (which should not have happened). Based on the actions of all of the users, I have a feeling that they are one in the same, and Bobabobabo, based on her use of open proxies in the past.—Ryūlóng (竜龍) 04:42, 28 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Confirmed all. See [1]. Those 72.232 IPs are certainly him. Alo confirmed: Wytesser, Wellison, Shadownight1, Bobebobebo, Hikari no Yugi, Mjackson438, MrBungle76, ManjyomeThunder1, and Bobabobabe. The IPs should be chaecked for being open proxies; 208.101.35.51 looks like one at first glance. Dmcdevit·t 08:46, 28 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
We got a new one:
This one popped up today, and was blocked, but it needs to be confirmed.—Řÿūłóñģ (竜龍) 17:56, 28 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Bobabobabo[edit]

  • Code letter: B

This is a code B request for dealing with ban evading sockpuppets of Bobabobabo. Several users (which may or may not be the same person) were all involved in 3RR and other issues that eventually led to my inquiring that Raul run a checkuser on the possible main account (Bobabobabo) which came up with several correlations with listings at User:Interrobamf/Bobabobabo as well as other unknown accounts. This also led to at least two open proxies blocked, with maybe two IPs that may be open proxies. Bobabobabo was later banned for the evidence brought up in the RFCU and she has been lately trying to get unblocked, and has become a Cute 1 4 u or Poolguy phenomenon. Yukiudaigx may be on another Open Proxy, or what is claimed to be the "home" address for Bobabobabo (who had originally been utilizing school IPs and open proxies at school) and there may be an entire farm of new user names within.—Ryūlóng (竜龍) 23:34, 10 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Red X Unrelated Yukiudaigx isn't on Bobabobabo's IP, but  Confirmed he has used 64.22.92.4 (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · filter log · WHOIS · RDNS · RBLs · http · block user · block log) and 208.53.138.133 (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · filter log · WHOIS · RDNS · RBLs · http · block user · block log), which should be checked for open proxies. Dmcdevit·t 01:22, 11 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
 Clerk note: I filed at WP:OP, and they came back that they both are OP's. Daniel.Bryant T · C ] 21:46, 12 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Bobabobabo[edit]

The first user I had the pleasantry of getting into a little edit war in which he had ended up listing me at AIV for my edits. Then, later on, when I was going to reply to a comment there, I got into an edit conflict with the second user who added the same report on me verbatim that Bobabobabo did. Ryūlóng 03:50, 29 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

They also sign their comments in the exact same way, as seen on AMiB's user talk where both have posted. Ryūlóng 03:52, 29 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Additionally, when Bobaboabo was directed to a talk page, the other editor started discussing things over there. Ryūlóng 03:56, 29 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

no Declined Please specify the code letter. The Uninvited Co., Inc. 17:33, 29 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Code letter? That stuff is necessary now? Well, I believe it is a code E, as the reverting was done at AIV to where it included Bobabobabo's listing of myself there. Ryūlóng 22:22, 29 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I have now added this IP address which seems to be reverting for Bobabobabo and then he is editting the articles. All of them have similar interests, too. Ryūlóng 23:13, 29 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Also, there might be some sockpuppetry involved with Bobaboba (talk+ · tag · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log · CA · CheckUser(log· investigate · cuwiki) who was blocked for WoW vandalism. Ryūlóng 09:01, 30 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah, now it's definitely an E code issue. This guy reverted to another version, and I have an AN3 report up on these anons and users. Ryūlóng 22:18, 1 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Template:Pokepisode (edit | talk | history | links | watch | logs) for more info on the 3RR ness. Ryūlóng 22:20, 1 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Additional information needed For us to handle a code E you have to supply diffs. I realize you may think that I'm being pedantic but we get lots of cases listed here and it is not our job to investigate each one and build the case ourselves. The Uninvited Co., Inc. 18:53, 2 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Well, there is a hell of a lot of reverting going about particularly at the template that is now protected, among other templates. There are a good handful of specific diffs at the AN3 report I filed. Ryūlóng 21:05, 2 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Below are the various reverts at AN3. Ryūlóng 21:11, 2 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

  • 1st revert: [2]
  • 2nd revert: [3]
  • 3rd revert: [4]
  • 4th revert: [5]
  • 5th revert: [6]
  • 6th revert: [7]
  • 7th revert: [8]

My IP 72.177.68.38 (talk+ · tag · contribs · filter log · WHOIS · RBLs · proxy check · block user · block log · cross-wiki contribs · CheckUser (log)) is blocked by A Man in Black, i can't make new accounts — Preceding unsigned comment added by Yugigx60 (talkcontribs)

Clerk note: Don't remove content from this page, please. Either the technical evidence will show that these accounts are connected or they aren't. Thatcher131 21:26, 2 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Clerk note: This may be a bit of a fishing expedition, but the last Pokemon holy warrior we had was Minun (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log), who was banned for one year at Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/Iloveminun. Minun edited his talk page just last week, so technical comparision should be possible, if it's appropriate. Previous checkuser reports by Essjay at Wikipedia:Requests for checkuser/Case/Iloveminun. Thatcher131 22:02, 2 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I doubt it. Right now, I think one of them is a former wheeler. And Minun likes me, somewhat. These are just two preteens who like Pokemon and Yugioh. Ryūlóng 22:16, 2 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

As someone who dealt with Minun on multiple occasions, this just doesn't seem like Minun. Different articles, different editing style, Minun was obsessive about sourcing and FU rationales on images and this user seemed unaware of them until I brought it up, and so on. - A Man In Bl♟ck (conspire | past ops) 04:47, 3 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I don't think checkuser is really needed here. Yuigigx60 has confessed that he's 72.177.68.*, Yugigx60 and Bobabobabo are clearly the same editor, given that they have exactly the same interests, agenda, and editing style (and Bobabobabo has never denied being either Yugi or 72.177...) and Agumon54 has been indef blocked as a vandal/edit-war sock. I don't think there's any contention that this isn't the same user. - A Man In Bl♟ck (conspire | past ops) 04:51, 3 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

It just went out of control, especially with all of the abusive sockpuppetry going about. Ryūlóng 04:56, 3 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

no Declined The diffs don't support an accusation of Bobabobabo being Yugigx60. If you're going to request checkuser, you've got to lay out the evidence in a form that we can use to confirm the validity of your request. The Uninvited Co., Inc. 18:16, 4 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Would it perhaps be wrong to call on Yugigx60 being the puppet master of the several new accounts, then, and then perform this RFCU? Ryūlóng 21:18, 4 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
