Miracleimpulse[edit]

  • Code letter: N/A

There is a requested sockpuppet investigation at Wikipedia:Suspected sock puppets/miracleimpulse, but I think there is enough circumstantial evidence to clear some of these suspected sockpuppets and I've offered on behalf of User:Meisterchef to open a checkuser request to clear him as he is currently blocked as a sockpuppet of User:Miracleimpulse. User:meisterchef has stated on his talk page that 68.60.17.31 is his IP and User:Eyetomhas is an earlier account he'd registered (and as there is no concurrent editing here I don't see this as a WP:SOCK violation). User:Miracleimpulse edits from IP 24.12.179.210. Basically I'd like a checkuser on the alleged puppetmaster User:Miracleimpulse. If User:Miracleimpulse has never edited from 68.60.17.31 or any IP in that range (and User:Meisterchef has no edits from 24.12.179.210), then I think it would be safe to say User:Meisterchef is not him and he should probably be unblocked as an indef based on one edit in support of User:Miracleimpulse's position is overkill unless there is strong checkuser evidence he is a sock.--Isotope23 16:14, 22 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Clerk note: Moved the above request from Wikipedia:Requests for checkuser/Pending and tidied it up a bit. Wasn't sure which code letter to apply; if DB could have a look (or will ask requesting editor). Luna Santin 16:23, 22 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I wasn't sure which code to use either, so I left it blank. I'm requesting this on behalf of someone on indef block, essentially because they swear they are not a sockpuppet and based on a couple of tells I'm inclined to believe he is telling the truth.--Isotope23 16:31, 22 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
N/A sounds good. Daniel.Bryant T · C ] 22:29, 22 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Red X Unrelated. I see no signs of any kind of sockpuppetry here. Essjay (Talk) 01:13, 24 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
