 Clerk note: Passengerpigeon, the user does not exist on the English wikipedia. I deleted the talk page created by Hijigne. I don't understand the report. I also don't understand who Hijigne is. The account was created on May 21 and they are doing all sorts of things that they shouldn't do, including adding sock puppet tags to user pages.
