Suspected sockpuppets

This user has been consistently disruptive while editing the article Bart Scott. The user has repeatedly added TMZ-esque material (and in general has refused to write in a more refined manner) as we see here and here. Overall, the edits are very similar in nature between both IPs as you will notice here and here. Admittedly, I was skeptical of the initial edits which date back to March and the edit history reflects as much however, I accommodated the IP on some of their edits however, even after I cleaned up the article to make it more encyclopedic-sounding, the user bombard my Talkpage with rants mostly about how their First Amendment rights were be squashed and I was the next coming of Kim Jon-un apparently (it's also worth noting they vandalized another user's page in 2011 making similar accusations). Discussions as to how to collaboratively fix the article have proven fruitless and have ultimately ended in a pissing match which I refused to indulge them in further a few weeks back. The user (69.255.133.105) has been blocked twice dating back to 2011 and has been warned by multiple users about making nonconstructive edits on the article in question and elsewhere well before I came along. Now it appears they're content to use another IP address (108.2.144.207) to continue their activities. The Writer 2.0 Talk 16:08, 30 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
