Reinstates CC edits Admits CC actions on CC talkpage WP:DUCK as per language used in edit summaries. Sockpuppetry has previously been discussed on CC talkpage, which he deines, he is therefore aware of the guidelines. - The diffs you presented are all old. I see no evidence that the IP is still assigned to the same user; the recent edits of the IP have nothing to do with the edits of CaptainCorrecto except for being related to Scotland, which is unsurprising given that it's a UK IP.
