This user’s contributions [1] show that he/she has edited pages previously edited by Chernobog95 and previous IPs, most notably in the articles regarding the Kwangmyŏngsŏng-4 satellite [2] [3] [4], and the National Aerospace Development Administration [5] [6]. If you notice, the information added by the recent IP is virtually the exact same content added by the previous edits made using the account and sock IPs.

According to a recent conversation this IP of Chernobog95 had via this IP with SamaranEmerald, they admitted to using it to evade their block by mentioning previous edits made by Chernobog95 on the Hwasong-15 article [23] [24].

In addition, the information they added [25], matches that used by a confirmed sockpuppet of the the same user in the past under the IP 83.191.91.138 [26] [27]

I should also mention the the latter IP 83.191.91.138 was reported on this board in the past and was blocked because they were a sockpuppet of Chernobog95. [28]

Both IPs show the same Geolocation and ISP of origin: in Zagreb, Croatia under Tele2 SWIPnet [29] [30] Kirliator (talk) 22:21, 8 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
