• The two accounts are  Confirmed and  Blocked and tagged. I'm leaving this open for a bit as this user was until last night a CheckUser on ar.wiki, so this might have relevance to other projects. ScamsAreHorrible172 I am uncertain about (see below), and I would be grateful for a CheckUser investigation for that reason.

Ciphers and Clarities are already known socks of each other. Please can this SPI request be used as an opportunity to clarify whether or not these accounts are socks of any of the other accounts mentioned on this page; and if they are, then please can all of the socks that have not yet been globally banned be globally banned?

3d-copier was globally banned for sockpuppetting or long-term abuse (different wikis show different block reasons) but has not (yet) been confirmed as a sock of those two accounts, AFAICT.

Btw order has been globally banned since I filed this SPI request, but has not yet been explicitly identified as a sock of Ciphers/Clarities, 3d-copier, or ScamsAreHorrible172. It is similar to those accounts in the following ways:

• On en.wikiquote.org, all four accounts have similar edit histories (Ciphers, Clarities, 3d-copier, Btw order). They all edited pages about:

• A Beautiful Mind;
• A Few Good Men (also edited by ScamsAreHorrible172);
• Breaking Bad;
• House of Cards;
• Seinfeld.

• On ar.wikipedia.org, all four accounts show evidence of fluency in Arabic: (Ciphers, Clarities, 3d-copier, Btw order).
• On en-two.iwiki.icu, Btw order, like one or both of the Ciphers and Clarities socks:

• often omits edit summaries, and occasionally uses non-English words in image captions (e.g. Btw order; Clarities).
• occasionally uses nonsensical edit summaries (e.g. Btw order; Ciphers).
• tends to WP:OVERLINK (e.g. Btw order; Clarities).
• exhibits a similar appearance of sincerity on the account's own talk page, that is undermined by the account's later actions (e.g. Btw order ; Ciphers).
• sometimes writes edit summaries as questions (Btw order; Clarities; ScamsAreHorrible172 also did this).

New account started editing a bunch of projects including Wikipedia and Wiktionary, etc.

• Adding English content in non-English projects: 1;
• adding excessive links in a variety of projects and enwiki (as well as the spacing in headers): 1, 2
• Edit summaries somehow nonsensical (this and other projects, all in English): 1, 2, 3
