They initially seem different but there are resemblances such as seesawing patterns of adding and removing (classic example of sockpuppetry in portraying 2 people), see here, here, here, here, here, here and here. - @Sir Sputnik: Individual edits don't have to be in and of themselves disruptive for there to be abusive editing by two or more accounts. Here, the person is operating two accounts and collaborating on two related articles without disclosing that they are not two different people. This is deceptive and not a legitimate use of two accounts.
