More detail: usually, user:Manda 1993 and user:Mandalgs1993 give an incomprehensible edits and edit summaries by typing some random words like this and this, and when his/her edits has been reverted, he/she reverted back to his/her revision, again and again (see both Manda 1993 and Mandalgs1993's contributions). Very focused on BeritaSatu Medan just like the previous sock WikiManda 1993 (I'm not sure if that is supposed to be a sister channel of BeritaSatu, or its successor, or maybe the same thing as BeritaSatu News, which has been created several times by previous socks?) They also communicate in Indonesian (?) [1] - the phrase was also used by WikiManda 1993 [2]. No online translator can make sense of either post so I have no idea if it is an insult, an explanation, or what. (HMRafly9) astonishingly naive self referencing at [3] - reflecting the earlier - [4] item at that page - as well as the interfering behaviour at [5]

Because it wasnt directly observed as replication of the above previous iteration, was able to keep editing with exactly the same items as the material from earlier this month, and in January. Quacking louder than any other duck ever observed before.

  • The original request for CU is no Declined - the case is stale. This account is very obviously a sockpuppet though, they're writing messages to the same editors in the same language I don't recognize, and they're using their sandbox to game ECP.  Blocked and tagged. More edits to Indonesian TV channels. I should note they have some interest in MYTV, as these globally locked socks show MYTV in their usernames: MYTV Langsa, MYTV Jakarta, MYTV Aceh, MYTV Medan

Then Ah789 added a bunch of draft pages of MYTV: User:Ah789/sandbox (in Indonesian language), Draft:MYTV, Draft:MYtv, Draft:Mytv. *MYTV (Indonesia) at idwiki was edited by other socks: 1, 2.

Ah789 was also editing the same pages as previously globally locked socks (Syewawawi, Csira20 and Yuorutit) did:

@Berean Hunter: Thank you! Here are my thoughts on the possible accounts based on the results:

  • I am inclined to believe that Ivan the Brony Kaiju is a different individual. To my knowledge, Manda 1993 almost never communicates in English; the sockmaster has done simple vandalism on user talk pages at this and other projects which were either non-English or completely incoherenet/incomprehensible English. Should be pretty safe to rule this one out.
  • Ganeishiahfo has only edited Rising Star Indonesia (season 3) which doesn't seem to be Manda 1993's typical interest. The two pages they edited at idwiki, id:Liga Dangdut Indonesia (musim kedua) and id:The Voice Kids Indonesia Musim Ketiga, don't seem to have any apparent connection with Manda 1993 either. They were not recently edited by any known socks of Manda 1993. For now I do not see justification blocking this account.
  • For the other three (Rekipramudyaperkasa, Nadyaamanda12356, Kurniawan123456) technically indistinguishable but possible to master, they mainly attempt to edit things related to "Reki Pramudya Perkasa" which does not look like what Manda 1993 edits. The "manda" in the username is probably a coincidence. They may be some other farm but at this point I don't see apparent connection with Manda 1993.

Comment: PlyrStar93 is to be commended on a very thorough understanding of the issues, so many times I have gone to manda's latest weird edits on english wikipedia with very simple responses and simple pleas for english uage. Reply to Berean Hunter: Apart from their cross-wiki activity and fields where they are editing, one previous confirmed sock added "NET Visi Media" to one article and this suspected account created Draft:NET_Visi_Media. The suspected one is editing from mobile devices and most of the previous ones are not so they probably do not share the same IPs or UAs. Therefore stewards may not have sufficient technical evidence from loginwiki which only records account creation to perform a global lock and thus enWP CU evidence may be helpful. 94rain Talk 04:56, 30 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Bbb23, I don't think it's worth the effort for O Channel TV Sumut, there are enough links to that sock, that it's outworn its useful lifespan. On the other hand, the last confirmed sock LuckyM1993 (talk+ · tag · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · spi block · block log · CA · CheckUser(log) · investigate · cuwiki) is on the brink of going stale so a CU to put a fresh mark in the sand & check for sleepers may well be useful, if you please.
