User has spent time since then only re-creating the same article that he was pushing here (to the point it was salted), Achraf Baznani, on several other language wikis, and has now shown up here to create Draft:Achraf Baznani. He worked in tandem with at least one other sock/meat last time, so Checkuser requested to sniff any out this time, though the behavioural evidence is striking on its face.
