This could be an open and shut case. Apparently Lankan music director Tharupathi Munasinghe's birth name is Tisara Munasinghe (compare it with the User name Tisaramuna). BizChrome claims that they are a paid editor in their userpage but do not mention their client as required by the WP policy. BizChrome went on to create the Tharupathi Munasinghe article rather than let someone else create it and make suggestions on the talk page per the paid editing policy. Later Tisaramuna joins in editing the article. Meat puppetry is obvious at this time. But I suspect BizChrome and Tisaramuna could be one person. Tisaramuna could be trying to evade autobiography concerns but dared to create Gayani Gisanthika article, Munasinghe's actress wife. Tisaramuna ignored my COI warning and edited the article again. This does not rule out meatpuppetry.
