My suspicions arose when the IP address user [1] the logo of the 2013 Florida Gators football team to the non-free gator head logo, from the free "Gators" text logo without explanation. User:Werieth then removed the non-free image a few hours later. I checked the IP address's contributions, and found his contributions period to be active on certain sports, usually changing the logos on college sports pages, while User:Werieth's contributions were either not happening or on unrelated pages during those time periods. Likewise, while the IP address was inactive, User:Werieth was undoing most of the changes on the pages which the IP address changed. Again, the IP address is inactive at this time. I found this to occur multiple times, and sometimes there was a pattern to what was modified.

Wow, your evidence is completely unfounded. The anon user was mass adding non-free files in violation of WP:NFC#UUI#14 and not adding rationales (violations of WP:NFCC#10c). Im fairly active in non-free image enforcement and and when such as File:Florida_Gators_logo.svg (which was used on 30 pages when I started the removal) pop up on the list of high usage of non-free files I investigate. In this case I found that there was a user mass adding non-free images in violation of policy. The first time I just reverted and didn't warn, the second time I did leave a warning and have not seen how effective that result is. Your accusations are baffling and Im not sure how to take this. - I figured that this would end up one of two ways, either coincidental or true. I am a believer in innocent until proven guilty, so I don't mean anything negatively accusatory. I merely found some circumstances that caught my eye, so I felt that I should bring it up to appropriate authority, where it can be decided appropriately.
I do salute you for keeping the images in check with the regulations binding Wikipedia.
