- Account J. A. Comment is puppet of another user which is best shown by his knowledge of wikipedia rules. With his 10 edit he has asked to lower full protection to semi [3]. I am sure that new users do not know rule about 10 edits and semi-protection ?
- I will not speak about editorial style which is similar to banned user, because about this is writen in June (and it is possible to see on this page).
- It is possible to see last june arguments have been OK for his banning, but reason for unblock have been good faith policy. Because of check user confirmation that this 3 users: Brzica milos etc, J. A. Comment, 71.252.106.166 are from Velebit town, because they are editing similar articles, because vaccation of this users has ended on similar days (2,3 and 5 september), because they are edit warring together (Magnum Crimen [4], Ljubo Miloš [5]), and because Wikipedia is having DUCK rule they must be banned.
- Stop these tendentious attempts to get people blocked. There is nothing that has changed about this case since the summer: the recent checkuser says nothing about Velebit that hasn't been said before, and in fact much of the CU request was dismissed as a "fishing expedition." And note that September 1 was Labor day, and a very typical time for people to come back from vacation, especially students. Mangojuicetalk 17:38, 11 September 2008 (UTC)

- Editorial style 1:To explain his POV edits this user is writing on talk page "books" pages [8] . This editorial style is copycat of banned user Velebit and his suspected banned puppets Smerdyakoff and user:Stagalj. Examples of banned users:

- To tell truth I do not know any other user which is writing like evidence book pages on article talk pages.
- J. A. Comment mistake: If somebody still think that this user is not puppet he need to look only J. A. Comment actions during last few days. Because of IP vandalism article Srbosjek (knife) has been under full protection. On 16 June he has asked administrator AndonicO to change protection to semi-protected [16]. On my great surprise this new account has again started edit warring in article protection has been changed to semi-protected. If somebody still think that this is new user and not puppet can he explain me how is possible that new user know wikipedia rules about semi-protection and 10 edits. It is interesting to notice that his edit number 10 has been unblock demand [17].
Because all this reasons and because of fact that he is editing only Croatia related articles (and WW II) like banned users Velebit (and all his puppets together with Stagalj) and user Smerdyakoff he need to be banned because of WP:DUCK rules. I do not see any other solution to this problem.
