Delete. Probably a joke edit; not used, no category, no stub template format. Her Pegship (?) 23:57, 15 August 2020 (UTC)

The result of the discussion was replace and delete. Primefac (talk) 01:23, 23 August 2020 (UTC)
Another clumsy-format chronology category header template which is superfluous to newer, better alternatives using {{Navseasoncats}} (Navseasoncats and its two-row siblings are now the de facto standard for chronology categories, used in over 540,000 categories). The last sets of categories using this template were Category:Courts and tribunals by year of establishment and Category:Mosques by year of completion, for which I have deployed new parameterless cathead templates: {{Courts and tribunals established in year category header}}, and {{Mosques completed in year category header}}.
Similar redundant cathead templates have been deleted at TFD, e.g. at WP:TFD/2019 March 7#Template:Cat_topic_in_year and WP:TFD/2019 August 12#Template:10years. BrownHairedGirl (talk) • (contribs) 16:33, 15 August 2020 (UTC)

- Replace with {{Navseasoncats}}. @BrownHairedGirl: if any {{Navseasoncats}} adjustments are needed please ping me - if minor I can update. ~ Tom.Reding (talk ⋅dgaf) 19:40, 15 August 2020 (UTC)
- Thanks, @Tom.Reding. All uses have already been replaced, so {{Cat nav 10years}} is now unused. No updates needed for {{Navseasoncats}} as a result of this ... but if you have a wee bit of time, it would be great if you could Lua-ify {{Navseasoncats with decades below year}} so that it can be parameterless, like the brilliant job you did with {{Navseasoncats with centuries below decade}}. --BrownHairedGirl (talk) • (contribs) 19:47, 15 August 2020 (UTC)
- I'm pretty sure I did that at Module:Navseasoncats with centuries below decade/sandbox 5 months ago. --Gonnym (talk) 22:18, 15 August 2020 (UTC)
- @Gonnym, that doesn't look to me like a decades below module. Am I missing something? --BrownHairedGirl (talk) • (contribs) 22:29, 17 August 2020 (UTC)
- That's the magic of re-using code :). I left a message on Tom's talk page in March about it but nothing came of it. --Gonnym (talk) 06:38, 18 August 2020 (UTC)

- Replace (merge) as before. Jayjg (talk) 20:17, 17 August 2020 (UTC)
- Delete. Redundant indeed. No transclusions. --Bsherr (talk) 01:25, 22 August 2020 (UTC)

The result of the discussion was merge to Template:Infobox event. Izno (talk) 20:48, 22 August 2020 (UTC)
- Template:Infobox death (talk · history · transclusions · logs · subpages)
- Template:Infobox event (talk · history · transclusions · logs · subpages)
Propose merging Template:Infobox death with Template:Infobox event.
Convert usages and delete. Most articles for deaths use {{Infobox event}} anyway, which is for this purpose and supports the required parameters, and the 6 articles that use this use params already supported by {{Infobox event}}. ProcrastinatingReader (talk) 12:40, 15 August 2020 (UTC)
- The former appears to be a relatively recent fork of the latter. Merge per nom. Andy Mabbett (Pigsonthewing); Talk to Andy; Andy's edits 11:36, 16 August 2020 (UTC)
