The railroad of The Rupert and Bloomsburg Railroad Company, herein called the Rupert and Bloomsburg, is a single-track, standard-gage, steam railroad located in the east central part of Pennsylvania. The owned mileage extends in a northerly direction from Rupert to Bloomsburg, a distance of 1.875 miles. The Rupert and Bloomsburg also owns and uses 1.253 miles of yard and sidetracks. Its road thus embraces 3.128 miles of all tracks owned.
The Rupert and Bloomsburg was incorporated December 31, 1888, under the general laws of Pennsylvania.
