[edit]Two thoughts: First, there is no information about how to sign up for this event. Second, there seems to be a strong bias in the article to a particular point of view on The Great War. Regardless of my own views, it seems odd to be focusing only on the Anti-War/Dissent side.--Dcheney (talk) 11:41, 21 October 2014 (UTC)
- @Dcheney: I fixed the sign up! I was working on arranging that plan. Yes: the topic is focusing on dissent, because their are a number of gaps on Wikipedia around that topic. Moreover, its a powerful way to engage outside communities that don't normally edit Wikipedia. Bias is fine in topic selection, because it helps combat the oppression of non-standard views via WP:Systemic Bias. Feel free to attend, even if you don't think you will work on the main topic (the WWI museum has a great library/research center and we could always use more experienced Wikipedians around!). Hope to see you there! Sadads (talk) 13:35, 27 October 2014 (UTC)
Contradiction over end time
[edit]The header says that the event goes until 5 PM (17:00), yet the agenda only goes 'til 4 PM. Would Sadads be able to fix the discrepancy? – voidxor (talk | contrib) 20:44, 29 October 2014 (UTC)
- Just noticed that as well! Thanks for reminding me. I had a tentative time, and then an agreed upon time! Sadads (talk) 20:46, 29 October 2014 (UTC)
