has been adding commercial and unverified content and linkspam ELs promoting the company Heritage Auctions. Two editors, at least, have explained Wikipedia policies regarding these promotional links, which make unverified superlative claims, and he will stop for a week or so then begin again. He refuses to discuss, and refuses to stop. This is a user solely devoted to promoting a company, who has made no useful contributions to Wikipedia and intends to continue using us only to promote Heritage Auctions, and now, after proper warnings and a month-and-a-half of his unrepentant spamming, I urge that he and his IP be banned.

The user 1564shakespeare1616 (talk · contribs) appears to be a single-purpose account for promoting the Really Inventive Stuff production company. This account has edited number of articles about musical works aimed at children, such as Peter and the Wolf, to insert listings of many individual performances, all of which involved Really Inventive Stuff. These listings would not be interesting or useful even if they were not intended to promote a single company.
