Housekeeping

I'm thinking of removing outdated "to create" stub types from this page, as there has been little or no action on any of these for so long. Some were approved 14 years ago and I don't think they're going anywhere... at any rate, if someone checks to see if a discussion exists about a stub type, they can always use "what links here" or browse the archives. Housekeeping 2024

Three years later, I've been trying to keep this up to date but there's so little activity that I don't see the point of keeping this page at all. Unless there's strong opinion otherwise, I'm going to redirect links to the "[year] archive" pages, which show redlinks for items not yet created, and delete this page, as it doesn't seem to be used or updated by anyone but moi.
