Notability[edit]

Is Karl notable enough yet to receive an article? Earl did not receive one and Ian did not get one until it made landfall in Cuba I believe. Mitch199811 (talk) 12:02, 13 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Mitch199811, I agree. I went ahead and did a bold move into draftspace for notability reasons. Elijahandskip (talk) 13:48, 13 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Splitting preparations and impacts[edit]

The preparations and impacts section seems to be getting a bit unwieldy and meshes the preparations a bit, should we split it? Also, why were they together anyways as Colin also has it formatted like this? Mitch199811 (talk) 01:04, 28 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

No, it looks fine, as like most tropical cyclones' articles. Sarrail (talk) 00:21, 2 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Note on redirecting[edit]

Twice now this draft has been declined because it does not contain more information than the paragraphs in the season article. I have found no additional substantive details to add. And, even post-release of the NHC tropical cyclone report on the storm, it appears its notability will remain insufficient for a standalone article. As the story of this storm can be fully told in the season article, I have redirected this draft title there. Cheers. Drdpw (talk) 03:52, 1 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
