Help with uploading a display photo for a school

I would like to upload a photo for Pigeon Forge High School; however, I am unsure about the photo rights. The only decent picture I have besides taking it myself is here http://images.c21mvp.net/PigeonForge-img/PigeonForgeHighSchool.jpg. If not that image, what other images could be suitable for this? Notice from the Portals WikiProject

WikiProject Portals is back!

The project was rebooted and completely overhauled on April 17th, 2018. Its goals are to revitalize the entire portal system, make building and maintaining portals easier, support the ongoing improvement of portals and the editors dedicated to this, and design the portals of the future.

As of May 2nd, 2018, membership is at 60 editors, and growing. You are welcome to join us.

There are design initiatives for revitalizing the portals system as a whole, and for improving each component of portals. So far, 2 new dynamic components have been developed: Template:Transclude lead excerpt and Template:Transclude random excerpt.

Tools are provided for building and maintaining portals, including automated portals that update themselves in various ways.

And, if you are bored and would like something to occupy your mind, we have a wonderful task list.

Dear portal members,

The article of the Feodor-Lynen-Gymnasium Planegg in Germany has been created recently by a students group of this school. May the project please check the hole article in order to correct some language mistakes that are maybe still in article? That would be fine!

• Removed the following sections from the portal. The content was outdated, providing incomplete lists and also some articles that have since been delisted as recognized content:

This content has been replaced with a new Recognized content section (diff), which is transcluded from the new page Portal:Schools/Recognized content. The list of recognized content is automatically updated by User:JL-Bot, so the entries will always be accurate and up-to-date.

• Added a new General images section, which displays images from various topically-related articles.
• Expanded the topics section, to diversify and round-out the portal and provide a more comprehensive topical overview:
• Updated portal using Template:Transclude random excerpt, providing current, up-to-date information that is verbatim to article content. A consensus approving the usage of transclusion templates in portals was formed at this Village Pump discussion. Used GA- and FA-class articles from Portal:Schools/Selected article (diff) and Portal:Schools/Selected biography (diff)
• Expanded the Selected article section with the addition of more GA-, FL- and FA-class articles, which has also served to further globalize the portal (diff, diff, diff, diff, diff, diff, diff, diff).
