Orphaned references in Health in Russia

[edit]

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Health in Russia's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

Reference named "cia":

  • From Russia: The World Factbook. "Russia". Central Intelligence Agency. CIA. Retrieved 2007-12-26.
  • From List of sovereign states: CIA - the World Factbook - Antarctica - accessed 19 January 2008

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT 00:08, 26 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

2011 Propaganda

[edit]

The 2011 section feels like very pro-Putin propaganda. Should section be rewritten to be more neutral? --Sumdog (talk) 06:30, 26 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

It is very pro-Putin propaganda indeed. I will try to solve the issue in the next days, but some opposition from Russian editors has to be expected. Silvio1973 (talk) 21:24, 16 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Poor Google Listing

[edit]

The 'Health in Russia' wiki article is not on the first page of results when Google Searching 'Health in Russia' and more alarmingly when Google Searching 'Health in Russia wiki' the first result if the 'Healthcare in Russia' with this wiki article being the second result. This seems strange and is not the standard for all Health in country-x wiki articles. And there is no talk page for the 'Health in Russia' wiki article itself, rather the talk page appears to be shared with 'Healthcare in Russia'. I seriously think there should be consideration given to merging the articles. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 203.114.136.246 (talk) 13:49, 26 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

The war has influenced the healthcare

[edit]

The war is not mentioned here. Xx236 (talk) 13:30, 15 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Agree with Xx236 - but the problems were exaggerated by the war, but didn't start with the war. I can't use my personal associations with friends in Russia for sources, of course, but the horror stories of no-aid without payment are prevalent. The article needs to hit this issue hard! article does not address problems

[edit]

There is no 'free healthcare' going on - just free diagnostics. The RF is in a quandary - the article should reflect many RS sources that have documented the extreme problems with their medical system - the poor have no redress. HammerFilmFan (talk) 08:47, 6 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
