Will do. YE Pacific Hurricane 14:29, 28 February 2018 (UTC)
- "The nascent storm eventually peaked as a 105 mph (165 km/h) Category 2 hurricane on the Saffir–Simpson scale as it began to move southwestward. However, land interaction began to weaken the hurricane as it approached the Gulf Coast of Mexico. Early on September 9, Katia made landfall near Tecolutla as a minimal hurricane." that's four "as"'s in 3 sentences. Probably could substitute a "with winds of 105 mph (165 km/h), making Katia a" or a "while" in here.
- Got rid of two of them --12george1 (talk) 23:52, 4 March 2018 (UTC)
- "At least 53 municipalities in Mexico were effected by Katia. " Shouldn't it be affected? YE Pacific Hurricane 21:05, 3 March 2018 (UTC)
- Yep. Just don't tell Hurricanehink that I confused affect and effect again :P --12george1 (talk) 23:52, 4 March 2018 (UTC)
- "An aircraft reconnaissance flight into the storm later on September 6 found a partial eyewall and surface winds of 76 mph (122 km/h); on that basis, the NHC upgraded Katia to hurricane status.[6] " link to Hurricane Hunters here. YE Pacific Hurricane 21:05, 3 March 2018 (UTC)
- Done--12george1 (talk) 23:52, 4 March 2018 (UTC)
- "Otis went on to attain Category 3 status for a brief period of time on September 18.[10]" is this necessary? YE Pacific Hurricane 21:05, 3 March 2018 (UTC)
- Probably not--12george1 (talk) 23:52, 4 March 2018 (UTC)
- Any blue/green/red/yellow/orange alters? They're more important than NHC watches/warnings IMO since they're actually covered a lot more in Mexican newspapers.YE Pacific Hurricane 21:05, 3 March 2018 (UTC)
- Alters? Nope, only people who follow the purple religion :P Jk. Added the alerts--12george1 (talk) 23:55, 7 March 2018 (UTC)
- "Tourists left coastal towns, emergency shelters were opened, and storm drains were cleared before the onset of heavy rainfall.[12] " happens in every storm. Probably not worth mentioning unless you have an exact total. YE Pacific Hurricane 21:05, 3 March 2018 (UTC)
- I couldn't find specific numbers, so I guess I'll remove those--12george1 (talk) 00:03, 8 March 2018 (UTC)
- "The highest 24-hour rainfall total in relation to the hurricane was 11 in (280 mm) in Canseco, Veracruz.[1] while several roads were closed due to inundation." this seems like the kind of mistake I would make. YE Pacific Hurricane 21:05, 3 March 2018 (UTC)
- Fixed--12george1 (talk) 23:52, 4 March 2018 (UTC)
- Anything from Relief Web? YE Pacific Hurricane 21:05, 3 March 2018 (UTC)
- There was some stuff but not really anything useful. I'm thinking the hurricane got overshadowed by the earthquake--12george1 (talk) 01:52, 8 March 2018 (UTC)
- Thanks for the review!--12george1 (talk) 01:52, 8 March 2018 (UTC)
