I have been discussing this with you. You are not listening. PKT told you through his edit summary and I have told you here. Consensus on school articles is that elementary school articles get redirected to the school district. I quoted you the applicable guideline, but you are insistent that the policy you are quoting trumps that. You are not seeing that the consensus on this particular article doesn't matter; a blanket consensus has been reached covering all articles on elementary schools.
