Hello there! Thank you for submitting this article to Good Articles Nominations. After taking a quick glance through the article, I will have to quick fail this article based on WP:GAFAIL and the Good Article criteria. Specifically, this article has a lot of statements that are not referenced, making this far from reaching Criteria #2 Verifiable with no original research. The following is a detailed review of what is unreferenced:

Mathematical description

[edit]
  • The entire section does not have any references.

Algorithms & subsections

[edit]
  • Kinematics modeling, Loop closure, and Exploration: these subsections in this section do not have any references at all.
  • Mapping, Sensing, Audio-Visual SLAM: While some sentences are cited, there are a lot of sentences without references.
  • Algorithms, Acoustic Slam, Biological inspiration: while some of these sentences are cited, there are some sentences without references.

Implementations

[edit]
  • While this is one sentence, no references are included in this section.

History

[edit]
  • A little bit of this section is unreferenced.

Overall

[edit]

Overall, I have three concerns in regards to verification:

  • 1): The Kinematics modeling, Loop closure, and Exploration subsections of the Algorithms section do not have any references at all. Similarly, the entire Mathematical description and Implementations sections have no references.
  • 2): Many sentences of the Mapping, Sensing, and Audio-Visual SLAM subsections have a loot of sentences without references.
  • 3): Parts of the Algorithms (main paragraph), Acoustic Slam, Biological inspiration and History sections have sentences that require references.

I believe if these issues were corrected, this article would have a better chance if if was renominated again in the future. Please see Wikipedia:Good article criteria for what makes a Good Article, and especially Wikipedia:Verifiability for some tips in how to verify sentences. Also, I noticed that this nomination was your first edit. If you are a newer editor and have any questions, please feel free to leave a comment at Wikipedia:Teahouse.
