Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button or located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when they said it. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 14:19, 11 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I see you have made edit to a talk page of an article ([1]), an article ([2]), sandbox and my page. Good start! You will need to edit our list of students page to get full credit for the assignment. --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 05:32, 12 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I have awarded you another point for your edits, and you received two extra points for your extra edits; you now have 7 points for editing the wiki - excellent job! --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 10:41, 12 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

References

[edit]

Good job trying to add references. For the future, [3] is not a reference, but rather, a footnote (한국어) (see also Wikipedia:Footnotes). [4] is a reference, but in reference, you should not describe it. Wikipedia:Citing sources has some tips how to do it. Good first attempt, we will learn more about references in one of the coming lectures! --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 15:44, 15 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Good job commenting about the notability of that article. I will start a deletion discussion, and you get an extra credit point for discussing this article! --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 03:46, 25 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Be careful to add useful information

[edit]

A number of your recent edits have been reverted. Please consider why this is the case, and how you can make better edits. --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 09:48, 1 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Please improve the grammar of this sentence. I am not sure what the Rosebay you write about is. Is it a dish? Is it a festival name? --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 13:42, 6 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

To do list reminder

[edit]

This is a reminder that all groups have a deadline approaching. "Before Monday, April 15, you should have a plan (who will read what, who will work on what aspects of the article) in place. You should post a preliminary "to-do" list on article's discussion page and inform the instructor that you have done so. The "to do" list should consist of a list of what points you will cover in your article, how it will be structured, who will work on what sections, and a short list of resources. This list should be about one page in length if you need a yardstick. Each group member should participate in creation of that list, describing their own tasks. If the article does not exist, you should stub (start) it (see what makes a good stub and you may want to watch this "article creation" tutorial). Note that your "to do" list is not a proper stub, a stub is a mini-article, not a "to do" list. If you create a new article with a "to do" list, it will be deleted! On the bright side, a stub does not have to be long - few sentences plus a source is enough. Finishing this assignment on time is worth 5% of the course grade.. ". See Wikipedia:School_and_university_projects/User:Piotrus/Spring_2013#Stages_and_deadlines for more details. --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 04:32, 10 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I really like this new article you created, and I am awarding you an extra credit point for it. It has everything that a new WP:STUB should have, including well formatted references. Keep this up! --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 14:40, 13 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button ( or ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 07:25, 22 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Recent edit to Tongyeong

[edit]

Information icon Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Tongyeong, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! I have moved the article back to your sandbox, so you can fix various issues without having to worry about loosing your chance to have this appear on Wikipedia's Main Page. Please see article's talk (at User talk:Choi Hyun Hee/Community Chest of Korea) for my review. --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 05:48, 4 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Gunpo Royal Azalea Festival requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organized event (tour, function, meeting, party, etc.), but it does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. For the Election committee, MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 17:00, 24 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

This article is progressing well. You should try to add more newspaper articles as sources, and finish the History of Donation and Honor Society sections. Also, the Controversy one should be expanded. --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 13:39, 11 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Choi Hyun Hee. It has been over six months since you last edited your Articles for Creation draft article submission, "Gunpo Royal Azalea Festival".

In accordance with our policy that Articles for Creation is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}} or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. Legacypac (talk) 05:21, 9 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
