Administrator note I'll grant that it is unusual to issue a no-warning block to an account that has over a hundred edits and has been registered for a month. The reason in this case is the majority of English speakers are likely unaware that "NDH" is the initialism in Serbo-Croatian for the fascist puppet state the Independent State of Croatia. This users' contributions make it quite clear that this is in what it is meant to be a reference to, and as such a block seems appropriate. Request reason:
I'm going to be honest I did not know the NDH meant a country that was fascist and committed genocide. I did not really work on the NDH. I did study other Axis Powers and Yes, I did make hundreds of edits in this account which I spent correcting and I was just going to find sources about the page I made Template:Gardista until I saw the notification that alerted me that my account was blocked indefinitely and I was shocked and I saw that my account user name was inappropriate and the reason why my name was called that way because I play this game called War Thunder and I found this mod for my Fiat G 50 and It was in WT live camouflage and I saw the Italian skin and I saw the word "Croatian" and "NDH" I did not know the NDH stands for the Independent State of Croatia and I found the Croatian one quiet unique and I picked it my skin, And since I keep getting a lot kills with that skin, I went ahead and gone to Wikipedia and Inserted the name CroatianAceNDH and after that, I started to correct mistakes from articles and others, and I got the notification and now we are here. I myself DOES NOT PROMOTE GEOCIDE IN ANY SHAPE OR FORM, I AM NOT A TROLLER, I AM NOT A FASCIST, I AM NOT A RASCIST, NOR ANY OTHER IDEOLOGY I AM A PART WITH. I am deeply sorry for the people who got offended for my username, I did not intentionally made people upset and I am very sorry for the concern of you Mr. Just Step Sideways and others. I keep my word and promise and I would never do something to upset you and others. Thank you for your reply to something I did not know and I was not aware of the situation. - I have to say I find this very hard to believe. The fact that the user was creating drafts and editing content related to the NDH but somehow failed to notice what those initials mean stretches good faith beyond the breaking point. This edit in particular in which they remove the word "fascist" froma biography of... wait for it... a fascist who commanded a militia unit that actively particpated in the holocaust.
