I saw your edit summary that said "Only need to upload 2 images as jpegs. One of Peitzker, one of her logo. Both have copyright permission from her site Smart Green Tours if published for educational or media purposes (press kit gallery)". I've not seen the exact wording of their copyright permission, but if it as you described that is insufficient - it would not be compatible with the highly permissive use that anyone can make of images uploaded to Wikimedia Commons, which requires no restriction on what people use the images for. The comment the reviewer left was: This is the 4th time this mess of an article has been presented for review, yet no work has been done to update an obvious puff piece, WP:PROMO article to follow Wikipedia rules on layout, tone and structure per the WP:MOS. On top of that, an examination of the first 25 references found nothing of value to indicate the subject is notable. An examination was made to determine if the book was notable but no book reviews could be found.
