Welcome!

[edit]

Hello, Hell walker guy, and welcome to Wikipedia! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of the pages you created, such as Beach Buggy Racing, may not conform to some of Wikipedia's guidelines, and may not be retained.

There's a page about creating articles you may want to read called Your first article. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the Teahouse, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{help me}} on this page, followed by your question, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. Proposed deletion of Beach Buggy Racing

[edit]

The article Beach Buggy Racing has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

It isn't notable enough.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Beach Buggy Racing

[edit]

I am a beginner of wikipedia editing and creating pages was miles away. So I searched for Beach Buggy Racing and I could not find that page. A red highlighted button appeared inside the page Vector Unit. So I clicked the red highlighted button named "Beach Buggy Racing". It redirected me to make a new page. I tried so and at my first attempt, I could not do well. After dozens of other editing in the same page, I finally made the page which you can see now (Beach Buggy Racing). If still it's not notable and should be deleted then I don't reject the proposal. Thanks! Hell walker guy (talk) 09:00, 20 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

License tagging for File:Birgunj Television Logo.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Birgunj Television Logo.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information.

To add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 05:05, 27 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed maintenance templates from Highway Rider (video game). When removing maintenance templates, please be sure to either resolve the problem that the template refers to, or give a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, as your removal of this template has been reverted. Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Birgunj, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Eid. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 10:28, 28 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for noticing. I have fixed the link. Hell walker guy (talk) 11:47, 28 August 2016 (UTC) Hell walker guy (talk) 11:47, 28 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Recent nominations for speedy deletion

[edit]

Hello Hell walker guy, thank you for your contributions - a lot of school articles need cleanup and improvements from interested editors. However some of your recent nominations for A7 and G11 seem to be problematic. As far as I know, educational institutions are exempt from A7 nominations (but can be nominated for other reasons). And G11 is only usable, when an article is "... exclusively promotional and would need to be fundamentally rewritten to conform with Wikipedia:NOTFORPROMOTION." (in other words: an article needs to be blatantly promotional in most of its content and unfixable via normal edits). Please re-read the instructions and deletion criteria at Wikipedia:Criteria for speedy deletion. Best regards. GermanJoe (talk) 15:43, 31 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Asian 10,000 Challenge invite

[edit]

Hi. The Wikipedia:WikiProject Asia/The 10,000 Challenge has recently started, based on the UK/Ireland Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge and Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The 10,000 Challenge. The idea is not to record every minor edit, but to create a momentum to motivate editors to produce good content improvements and creations and inspire people to work on more countries than they might otherwise work on. There's also the possibility of establishing smaller country or regional challenges for places like South East Asia, Japan/China or India etc, much like Wikipedia:The 1000 Challenge (Nordic). For this to really work we need diversity and exciting content and editors from a broad range of countries regularly contributing. At some stage we hope to run some contests to benefit Asian content, a destubathon perhaps, aimed at reducing the stub count would be a good place to start, based on the current Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The Africa Destubathon which has produced near 200 articles in just three days. If you would like to see this happening for Asia, and see potential in this attracting more interest and editors for the country/countries you work on please sign up and being contributing to the challenge! This is a way we can target every country of Asia, and steadily vastly improve the encyclopedia. We need numbers to make this work so consider signing up as a participant! Thank you. --Ser Amantio di NicolaoChe dicono a Signa?Lo dicono a Signa. 04:49, 20 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

New deal for page patrollers

[edit]

Hi Hell walker guy,

In order to better control the quality of new pages, keep out the spam, and welcome the genuine newbies, the current system we introduced in 2011 is being updated and improved. The documentation and tutorials have also been revised and given a facelift. Most importantly a new user group New Page Reviewer has been created.

Under the new rule, you may find that you are temporarily unable to mark new pages as reviewed. However, this is nothing to worry about - most current experienced patrollers are being accorded the the new right without the need to apply, and if you have significant previous experience of patrolling new pages, we strongly encourage you to apply for the new right as soon as possible - we need all the help we can get, and we are now providing a dynamic, supportive environment for your work.

Find out more about this exiting new user right now at New Page Reviewers and be sure to read the new tutorial before applying. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 04:29, 13 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
