NFC[edit]

Hi. I know all this is a lot to take in, and I'm sorry, but please read WP:NFC. File:Riskalyze.png and File:Riskalyze2.png can't be kept here unless your draft article becomes an article in mainspace within 7 days.

You also can't use a non-free file in your draft, so I'm going to have to comment that usage out of the sandbox draft. See Wikipedia:Drafts#Preparing drafts, which explains - "Non-free content cannot be included in draft articles per Wikipedia's policy on where non-free media is allowed. Any desired non-free content should be added to the article once it has been moved to the mainspace."

If the files do get deleted and the article is subsequently moved to mainspace you could, at that time, request reinstatement of one of the files at WP:REFUND.

I also note from your user page that you are employed by this company, so you should additionally read WP:Conflict of interest which gives advice on editing in that situation. -- Begoon 14:55, 27 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks Begoon. I intend to publish the article to the mainspace today. I updated my user page for COI. I believe I've remained neutral in the article, but unbiased eyes are welcome, so please point out if anything goes against WP expectations. Justin Dwyer (talk) 18:10, 27 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for doing that. I moved {{Connected contributor}} to the draft article talk page because that's where they usually go, and altered your user page usage to a userbox. Cheers. -- Begoon 10:38, 28 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Draft:Riskalyze, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Hi TJH2018, thanks for reviewing this draft, and sorry the content wasn't appropriate here. I don't plan to resubmit it any time soon, but I potentially will in the future if it seems like enough new sources to establish notability have emerged (with help from unbiased eyes to eliminate self-promotion). With that in mind, could I retrieve the content of the deleted article draft? --Justin Dwyer (talk) 18:25, 12 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

User page template[edit]

Hello Justin. I see that you have properly declared on the talk page of your draft article that you are employed by Riskalyze, so thanks for that. However, on your user page, I see you have used the {{UserboxCOI}} template. In this case you should actually use the {{paid}} template because you are receiving compensation. In the case of a conflict of interest without a paid relationship, then UserboxCOI would be appropriate. Thanks. --Drm310 🍁 (talk) 21:16, 11 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks Drm310, I've updated it to be correct, I think. Let me know if it's not quite right. --Justin Dwyer (talk) 17:52, 12 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Looks good to me. You can remove the {{UserboxCOI}}, since it's redundant. --Drm310 🍁 (talk) 19:12, 12 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
