Request reason:

I am here again to request unblocking because I don't have any link with this person. As per your declining reason, I recreated his article. Now, I checked the name of the recreating article and found it was Draft:Dreri Kali Pora. Yes, I will tell you why I recreated it. When I joined Wikipedia, I edited without creating an account. Later, I received a message to create an account, which I did, and started writing articles according to Wikipedia's policy. I'm from Shopian, Kashmir, India, and I realized I could create articles about Shopian's villages with accurate descriptions to help people learn about them. I began writing articles about villages with high populations from Shopian. First, I wrote an article about Goti Pora. Then, I started another one, Draft:Dreri Kali Pora, but unfortunately, I got blocked. Additionally, I started writing articles about some Sufis because I was interested in sharing information about them and the villages, which would be helpful for readers. Thank you.
