July 2012

Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, but when you add or change content, as you did to the article Jordan Todosey, please cite a reliable source for your addition. This helps maintain our policy of verifiability. See Wikipedia:Citing sources for how to cite sources, and the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. We have a source stating she was 16 as of a certain date, but nothing with her exact date of birth. Until such a source can be referenced in the article, don't add an exact date. Thank you. —C.Fred (talk) 17:19, 29 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there, I'm HasteurBot. I just wanted to let you know that Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Degrassi: The Next Generation Timeline, a page you created, has not been edited in at least 180 days. The Articles for Creation space is not an indefinite storage location for content that is not appropriate for articlespace.

If your submission is not edited soon, it could be nominated for deletion. If you would like to attempt to save it, you will need to improve it.

You may request Userfication of the content if it meets requirements.

If the deletion has already occured, instructions on how you may be able to retrieve it are available at WP:REFUND/G13.

Thank you for your attention. HasteurBot (talk) 15:09, 20 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Punkminkis. It has been over six months since you last edited your WP:AFC draft article submission, entitled Degrassi: The Next Generation Timeline.

The page will shortly be deleted. If you plan on editing the page to address the issues raised when it was declined and resubmit it, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}} or {{db-g13}} code. Please note that Articles for Creation is not for indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you want to retrieve it, copy this code: {{subst:Refund/G13|Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Degrassi: The Next Generation Timeline}}, paste it in the edit box at this link, click "Save", and an administrator will in most cases undelete the submission.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. HasteurBot (talk) 19:08, 6 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Till It's Gone, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Jackie (film). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 09:57, 14 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Noticed you twice reverted an editor on the Seahorses article who keeps adding unreferenced details. This has been going on for months - I noticed another IP editor actually added some references a while ago and removed completely unsubstantiated claims - the other editor then came back removing those refs and basically reverting to "their version". You are a more experienced editor and have a better idea of what to do in a situation like this, but for the sake of the article shouldn't it be protected to stop this editor who keeps editing using different accounts and IP addresses?

Cheers Wattawaster (talk) 14:33, 21 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I went ahead and requested page protection due to persistent vandalism. For future incidents where you suspect multiple accounts and IPs, report them for suspected sock puppetry.PUNKMINKIS (TALKYTALK) 15:32, 21 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Only just logged back in and seen your message and also that the same editor came back and reverted to their unreferenced version again. Seems it's hard to get pages protected from such behaviour? Anyway, thanks for trying to help.
