Please stop changing the names of places in articles to different spellings to those used as our article titles, as you did at Barabanki district. We use the WP:COMMONNAME in English for our articles, not the "official" names, so changing the spelling breaks wikilinks to those articles and is confusing to our readers. COMMONNAME

Wikipedia has its own rules when the name of a region is changed. It checks whether the new name is globally known as per WP:COMMONNAME. If the new name is more common, then a WP:CONSENSUS and RfC will be arranged in the talk page for change. See Talk:Faizabad district. Hi Sanjay Kumar Tiwari20! I noticed that you recently marked two edits as minor at Faizabad division and Barabanki district that were really very controversial edits. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia – it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Please see Help:Minor edit for more information.
