It says "The documents shall not be modified or altered in any way" which makes this image under a Non-Derivative license which is not accepted in Wikipedia. This plot element is extremely easy to cover through text alone; the image makes next not no contribution to understanding it (in fact, the image is in need of the text to be understood, not the other way round). - Delete It's also probably too big to qualify as fair use. We need to weed out the thousands of non-free screenshots that are used in a decorative rather than fair use fashion. - Keep I have changed the image to The Doctor introducing the new companion to the new TARDIS. This new image qualifies since it now represents the production crew's revamp of the entire series starting with this episode, including the title sequence and theme song. - Keep. This is the only image of the Sycorax alien race on Wikipedia, and its omission would be detrimental to readers' understanding of the topic (WP:NFCC#8) as it serves as a visual depiction of the Sycorax exoskeleton as well as the sword fight between the Sycorax leader and the Doctor, a pivotal event which is described in the text.
