Orphaned. Would consider moving it to Commons as a possibly useful somewhere image, but I'm dubious as to the copyright status. The website that it is from - theperuguide.com - no longer exists, but when I go to an arbitrary old version from archive.org, I don't see any mention of Creative Commons licensing. It is, of course, theoretically possible that the particular page on which this image was located had a license grant, but the uploader did not include that exact page, so we have no way of checking. On further review, I looked at some of this user's other sites and got a direct link ([http://web.archive.org/web/20051129031125/http://www.theperuguide.com/peru_travel_adventure_news/peru_photos.html archive.org link, since the site is dead). This is a duplicate of File:Big Blood Blister.JPG, which was created on the same day, and deleted in 2007. The discussion is archived at Wikipedia:Files_for_deletion/2007_January_8#Image:Big_Blood_Blister.JPG. The criteria at that time also apply to this image, "OR, LQ.
