Delete Almost certainly not the work of the uploader. Based on this comment, it looks like the uploader bought the pictures from someone else. Keep -- Per Wikipedia:Public domain, "the primary law relevant for Wikipedia is that of the United States." Wikipedia:Non-U.S. copyrights is even more explicit: "[Wikipedia]" accepts content that is free in the United States even if it may be under copyright in some other countries." That is why we use templates like {{PD-USonly}}, which is perfectly acceptable. Commons insists on works being free in the source countries and the US. When the image was created for Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors, User:JalGorda was adding information that an IP editor wanted reliable sources for. Instead of finding a reliable source for this sentence, "In America, several compilations were released on VHS in the 1980s by Magic Window, a sub-division of RCA-Columbia Pictures Home Video.", JalGorda uploaded an image of seven VHS tapes, as the fair use rationale state to "Prove the excistence of the Magic Window VHS tapes which was questioned by an ip user who kept citing that a source was needed." I have never seen an image being uploaded just to prove the existence of a product or know if this would count as being a reliable source. The VHS covers fail WP:NFCC#3a in that there is a screenshot in the infobox for means of identification and fails WP:NFCC#8 because there is no commentary about the covers thereby doing nothing to increase the reader's understanding of the film and its exclusion is not detrimental to the understanding of the film. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. The issue was with an persistent IP user that kept deleting parts of the article and put a source request on every other sentence. I added as much as I could and when the existence of the Magic Window VHS tapes was questioned, the only thing I could do to prove their existence was to take a picture of the tapes in my possession and upload this. After extensive searching, I was unable to find any reference online to these tapes and I felt this was the only way to stop the IP user from deleting this part. The article was protected for a while due to this IP user. I aplogize if I uploaded the image in error and would welcome any advice how to support the comment on the VHS tapes.An advert for the tapes is also in my possession but it raises a similar problem.
